Here is a letter we received after the 1st Annual "Cruise-n-for Kids" Benefiting the "Children's Hope Center". Many thanks goes out to everyone involved in the fund raiser and to all the people that gave a toy, non-perishable items, or funding for "Children's Hope Center". For those that are having
problems in getting their
Cars/Trucks to pass
the emissions testing and live in the Illinois area.
First you will need to have your vehicle
appraised. Then take this appraisal
to
your insurance agent and ask to change
your insurance to a stated value
policy.
Some insurance companies do not have
this so you will need to check
first. One
that does offer is "State Farm". Once
you have done this and get
a copy of the
insurance declaration you will need to
fill out a form from the EPA
then mail
in. Click Here

on Race Car / Show Car Affidavit
and
print form. They don't give you the
address to mail to but here is where.
There are other forms you can copy and send in instead of the
declaration.
